Not comfortable with groups or not quite ready for classes?  Private, individualized sessions or small group sessions are another option for you!  Work one on one with an experienced and certified trainer to improve overall health and wellness, set realistic and attainable goals and be accountable, improve your strength and mobility and learn how to incorporate better nutrition and eating choices.

One-on-One Personal Training:

  • Single One Hour session (includes a consultation and fitness assessment) = $55.00
  • Four One Hour Sessions (includes an initial consult in person or via e-mail no charge) = $215.00
  • Eight One Hour sessions (includes initial consultation at no charge) = $415.00

Small Group Training (2-4 people):

Personalized fitness programming or an introduction to Crossfit Fundamentals to prepare you to enter regular classes. Appropriate for small groups of two to four people, couples, families or small group of athletes seeking more personalized training sessions.
$75.00 per session

Large Group Training (5+ people up to 12):

Group training available for sports teams, school groups and other. Contact for more information or to book sessions on or off-site (dependant on trainer availability).
Prices start at $85.00 per session
