I enjoy watching people move. I enjoy helping people learn how to become the best possible movers they can be, whatever stage they happen to be at, beginner or experienced. I am blessed that I get to witness the fortitude and strength and dedication to sport of every athlete that comes into the gym at the CORE and to be able to assist them on their path is truly incredible.

Favorite Movement: Snatch. Always. And Forever. No better feeling in the world than snatching. (Yeah… it’s hyperbole but I do love it)

Top 5 Least Favorites: Order varies depending on my mood/day but includes Toe 2 Bar, Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups, Rebound Box Jumps, Ring Dips, Muscle Ups (They all hurt my ego!)”
